Meet Mary.

Mary launched Just So Mary as a place-based organizing business when she moved to Charleston, SC, blending her love of systems with a desire to meet people and make an impact in her new hometown. What began with closets and kitchens quickly expanded into digital organization, workspace strategy, and eventually full-scale operational and strategic consulting for nonprofits and small businesses.

Now back in Charlotte, Mary works as a consultant and “Chief Organizer” for mission-driven organizations-offering clarity, capacity, and structure where it’s needed most.

Her superpower? Connecting dots others can’t see, then getting things done calmly and efficiently.

And yes-she still takes on the occasional OG professional organizing project. There’s nothing more calming to her than organizing your pantry.

Mary brings 25+ years of leadership experience in the nonprofit, higher ed, and entrepreneurial sectors, along with an MBA and a deep understanding of how people and systems work best. She combines big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, helping clients implement practical solutions that improve operations, enhance collaboration, and increase impact.

She’s also passionate about using technology-including AI and productivity tools-to help people and organizations work smarter, not harder.
